Client-side maps don't work correctly with JDK 1.3 (1.3.0rc2-W)

      Client-side maps don't work correctly with JDK 1.3 (1.3.0rc2-W).

      Un-tar the attachment and load test1.html in the viewer. The page
      contains a large client-side map. I've created a separate little
      file for each hot spot. Compare the behavior with either of the web
      browsers. The coordinates don't seem to be computed correctly in
      JEditorPane.
