Cursor size follows the largest font size and does not change as it scrolls
through characters with different font sizes in the same line.

To reproduce bug:
1- Run Stylepad application that comes with the JDK.
2- Insert a larage size font character (characters) where it is
larger than other characters in the same line.
3- Note that curser size changed to be the same as the size of
the largest character.
4- Go to beginning of line and scroll through the text.
5- Note that the size of Cursor does not change as it passes characters with
different sizes.
