The CORBA INS specification has changed. The latest is in:

According to this updated spec, URLs have a completely different format
and scheme ids. In general, we need support for the corbaname URL
from the initial context, and support possibly corbaname and
corbaloc URLs for configuration (in the Context.PROVIDER_URL property).
