STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

- On a Win98SE machine, install the JRE for Merlin, build f from:

/net/sqesvr/plugin2/merlin/beta/win32.f/
  
   or build 08 from:

- From the Plug-in test file:

  run the Applet Installation (Applet Caching) QL tests from within either

RESULTS:

These tests were run successfully for JRE 1.3 build rc3-Z and JRE 1.3 fcs-A.

The tests also ran successfully using the English and I18N versions of
JRE 1.4 beta-F on WinNT using IE5.0, NS4.61 and NS4.72.
