This problem happens when running any applet in Netscape 4.7 with Plugin 1.3RC3

Java plugin leaves a jar_cache47648.tmp file w/ zero bytes in c:\temp when
running any applet in Netscape 4.7 with Plugin 1.3RC3

Additional Information:
Under JRE 1.3RC3, the cached jars in c:\temp get deleted once you exit the applet.
However, a jar file with zero bytes in c:\temp remains out there.
