Windows 2000 bug : JIT compiler hangs the process after Netscape quits

      Procedure to reproduce the problem (This bug only reproduces on
      Windows 2000)

      1) Install the newest 1.1 Java Plugin
      2) Point Netscape to a page which uses Java Plugin
      3) After the applet starts, quit Netscape
      4) If you open Task Manager, you will see the Netscape process is
      still running and it grabs all the CPU time.

      After some debugging I have found out that it is the JIT compiler
      which stops the process from quitting. Incidentally, the JIT compiler
      in version 1.1.1 of Java Plugin doesn't reproduce this problem, but
      every other version does.
