Merlin can't compile UIMaps citing

unable to acess file: classes\LWComponent.class (The process cannot access the f
ile because it is being used by another process)
Please remove or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the classpa

I checked rt.jar and the class file is there. There are no other java processes
running on the machine that I can see. We get the same kind of error with
BeanCounter as well. We've been getting this for several builds now.
