Name: iaR10016 Date: 05/12/2000
JDK version:
java version "1.3.0beta"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.0beta-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.0beta-b04, mixed mode)
To reproduce the bug try to do the following steps:
1. Call policytool - type "policytool &" in command line.
2. In the policytool window click "Add Policy Entry" button.
3. In the Policy Entry window click "Add Permission" button
4. Fill Permissions window fields and click "OK" button
5. In the Policy Entry window select the permission and click "Remove Permission" button
The permission does not disappear from permissions list, but now if you click the "Edit
Permission" button, message "java.lang.Exception: No permission selected" appears on the screen.
Such effect is absent in Solaris JDK 1.3.
