For JDK1.3 Kestrel-beta Linux, the official test platform is Redhat 6.1.
But there is no Redhat version support Chinese in both US market & China
market. That means on redhat, we can not perform kestrel linux JDK test for
I18N/L10N Chinese test.
But in China, there are some other distributions support Chinese, such as
Turbo Linux, Xteam, BluePoint. So I suggest choose some linux distribution
support Chinese to perform Kestrel Linux 1.3 I18N/L10 Chinese Testing.
