For Kestrel JDK1.3 b07:
When running the JDK I18N Test Tool under Turbo Linux 6.0 Chinese version,
The test tool will be locked both on KDE and GNOME
To reproduce it:
1. Run JDK I18N Test tool
2. sometimes you will find the main frame window's title bar is not displayed (mainly KDE)
3. select one sub test case, for example, press "Start Test"
4. The Test Tool will be locked unless you use Ctrl-C to terminate it.

The test tool works fine in Redhat 6.1 KDE & GNOME
The test tool also works fine with JDK1.2.2 (Shipped with Turbo Linux)
