Linux JDK1.2.2 doesn't open IM status window.

With Solaris JDK1.2.2, IM status window appears while IM is ON.
But with Linux JDK1.2.2, the window never appears.
(We tested with Japanese IMs, including Wnn, Canna, ATOK.)

We tried IBM's Linux JDK1.3 and found the window appears.
So we thought it's a problem of Sun's Linux JDK, not a problem of IM.

We found that IBM's JDK open the window always, regardless of ON/OFF of IM.
So we faced the IM status window with all windows including dialog, splash window,
etc. We don't think it's good, and we want it appears only while IM is ON,
like Sun's Solaris JDK.
