Tested with 1.2.2-006 on both of RedHat6.1J and RedHat6.1J upgrade

When an applet starts with appletviewer,
{"appletpanel.notinited", "Start: applet not initialized."} is displayed.
An applet works fine.

With kestrel-linux on the same platforms
{"appletpanel.started", "Applet started."} is displayed properly.

With 1.2.2-006 and kestrel on Windows and Solaris platforms
{"appletpanel.started", "Applet started."} is displayed properly.


To reproduce,
Launching one of the applet demo bundled in 1.2.2-006,
when it starts with no error, you can see the message "Start: applet not initialized." on appletviewer.
