I have a JTable with a JScrollPane. My application window is not repainted
well when I resize the window and then rapidly scroll with the vertical scroll bar. This problem can be reproduced with TableExample4, a jfc demo that is included with J2SDK 1.3. To reproduce the problem compile and run TableExample4. Then resize the application window and quickly scroll up and
down using the vertical scrollbar. You should see a repaint problem similar
to the ones shown in the attached word docs.
