Images in the plugin get sliced and are not being repainted properly while scrolling in the browser IE 5.0
It works fine with NS 4.6

Steps to reproduce

-On a windows 98 SE machine , Install the JRE for Merlin build 18 from :
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/win32.b18

- From the Plugin Test file :
      http://sqesvr/deployment3/status/merlin/JPI_QL_B18.html

Run the BAT tests - > 1.3 demo in IE5.0 browser.

Results :

When the applet gets loaded scroll the browser until it goes above the image ,
the image gets sliced and dosent get repainted properly.
