Steps to Reproduce

On a Windows98Se , Install the JRE for Merlin build 19 from
      /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/win32.b18

- From the Plugin Test file :
      http://sqesvr/deployment3/status/merlin/JPI_QL_B18.html

Run the Cookie Support on (IE 5.0 or NS 4.6 )
Follow the instruction given for QL test case
Click the link http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/func/cookies/
then click the link Demo Applet for cookie test with Java Plugin


Results :

In NS 4.6 when you execute the tests it displays
          Status : CookieApplet FAILED in the Java Console



In IE 5.0 it displays the Cookie is : sun_visitor_uid=xxxxx before clicking the link Demo Applet for cookie test with Java Plugin

After clicking the link Demo Applet for cookie test with Java Plugin
the Java Console dispalys
          Status : CookieApplet FAILED in the Java Console



The Applet fails using I18n and English for Merlin b.15 and b.18 on Win 98 SE
using IE 5.0 and NS 4.6
