      In other software, arrows appear when a tabbed pane becomes too narrow to show
      all tabs labels. This approach enables you to scroll through the tabs to find
      the component you wish to display. (e.g. JBuilder 3.0's Navigation Pane - I
      think it's a Delphi widget as I've seen it in a 'Delphi' app too)

      Swing on the other hand, displays the tabs in columns when the width becomes too
      small. This impacts on the size available for the 'active' tab.

      Can this functionality be added to JTabbedPane?( at least as an option?)
