Windows and Frames created underneath Windows Task Bar

      1) Place the Windows Taskbar at the top of the screen or on the left hand side of the screen

      2) Create a java.awt.Frame and show it

      The Frame will appear underneath the Win32 task bar. The same is true for java.awt.Window
