This problem was filed before and those bugs (bugid 4341313, 4344805) are closed
but it happens in Solairs 8 9/00 builds in zh locale.

In "Welcome" panel, "Name Service", some texts are missing from the windows.

steps to reproduce:

1. insert mutilingual CD0 and select simplified chinese
2. after miniroot being copied to the system, system identification procedure starts
3. "Welcome", "Name Service" panels have some missing texts, e.g. in "Welcome" panel only following messages are displayed and other messages are missing.
   - Network
   - Name Service
   - Date and Time
   - Root Password
   - Power Management
   - button text
