tnameserv on Windows NT causes exception to multiple sockets' communication

      If you run multiple socket accessing to tnameserve on Windows, you can easily
      find exception with more than 20-100 sockets.

      If use Solaris as tnameserver, I never get this problem.
      It might be Windows' limitation but I couldn't confirm.
