To reproduce the bug go to /net/sqesvr/export/vsn/GammaBase/Bugs/<bug id>

execute the doit script.
please make sure that while running it , you are not running any other important program. Because it will reboot your machine.

I have tried it on a sun ultra 5.7 machine atleast 3 times and it has happened

Hi Jon,
I tried it on Moe's dual processor machine with the latest build too and it
happened. I tried it on th machine alpheridies which is a 5.7 machine in the lab
2283 too and it happens. If you are not able to reproduce it , please let me
know. If you need any more information regarding this , please let me know.

HI Jon,
No , I am not running as root. I was running as myself. In fact , I have added
the required patches as told by Fred Oliver to alpheridies . First , I tried on
Moe's dual processor machine. It rebooted. Since , I was executing some more
tests by remote logging into the machines in the lab, I didn't want my machine
to be rebooted again. So, I logged into alpheridies fron Moe's machine and then
tried it again. Moe's machine rebooted again. you can log into alpheridies and
try it out. If you need any help, I can reproduce it from moe's machine and show
you.Let me know if you need any help.
