When we double-buffer the Graphics for the PrintJob, any image is not printed
out on Japanese Windows NT with JDK1.1.7 or JDK1.1.8.

If we directly draw the image in the Graphics object got from PrintJob,
the image is successfuly printed out.
But when we create the image object once and hand it to the Graphics object
from the PrintJob, we get nothing to be printed out.

We couldn't see it on english Windows NT at all, but in japanese windows NT.
When we uses JDK1.2.x the image is printed out correctly.

Japanse Windows has much more fonts than english Windows and JVM load them,
it could cause this problem.
