The most of classes in javax.swing.plaf.metal package, their constructors,
methods and fields has no Javadoc comments but "Java API Requirements
for Compatibility" reads that: "We assume that a complete class
specification is available for each class that must be tested. If a
complete class specification is not available, then adequacy of the test
cases cannot be determined".

Thus JCK team could not write adequate tests for javax.swing.plaf.metal package
without this specification.
