Add support for automatic management of the cache as well as
sensible behavior for what happens if the cache is getting
full (whatever full means)
also - removing resources and leaving jnlp files has been confusing to some
when they clear the cache and find some app stil are in the Downloaded
Applications" view. Adding text to the clear cache dialog to beter reflect
this, and adding a checkbox to 'clear all' would help.
