Following INTERMITTANT api-interactive faiilures (with almost the same ERROR message.) observed for 1.3_b22. Failure with both C1 and C2.

1. ColorTests_ColorTests: fails 1/7 times [ On 5.8 (sparc/x86) ]

2. FileDialogTests_FileDialogTests: fails 1/7 times, fails on all the platforms, i.e. 5.6, 5.7 and, 5.8 (sparc/x86).

3. ListTests_listTests: fails 1/5 times, [ On 5.8 (sparc/x86) ]

4. ComponentTests: fails 1/7 times [On 5.6, 5.7, 5.8 (x86/sparc), the rate of failing for sparc is lower.]
