Steps to Reproduce

On a Solaris Machine (2.6),(2.7) Install the build from
sparc
/net/hotvm.eng/export/sail1/jdk1.3_b22/production-1.3-b22/pkgarchive/sparc/b22

- On a Linux Machine , Install the plugin from build 10
/net/sqesvr/deployment3/kestrel_linux/b10


Step1:
           Invoke the Plugin Control Panel.
           
Step2:
     Pass any runtime arguments in the runtime parameter field of Java_Plug-in
      in the Control Panel.
     for eg : " -Djava.security.debug=all "
     
Step3:
       Run the BAT test(any one Plugin converted applet). from the following test pages

 Pass criteria
             You should see some debugging statements on console.
 Fail criteria
             You should not see any debugging statements on console.
