An internal hostname altair.east is refered to by a makefile for copying files.
In the source package of JDK1.3 (jdk-1_3-pre-fcs-src-b23-sol-21_jul_2000.zip)
from the licensee web site, there is a makefile named Steal.gmk at
<src-dir>/build/solaris/makefiles/ directory and it is included in GNUmakefile
at <src-dir>/build/solaris/java/copy-jvm/ directory.
On that file, an internal hostname altair.east is refered to at the following point.
------------------ Steal.gmk -----------------------------------
# Default place to steal JDK components from.
# JTG/RE should replace this with a better choice.
VM13_GATE = /net/altair.east/export/space5/jtg/vm13-gate/latest
------------------------------------------------------------------
Because licensees can not access to /net/altair.east/export,
they can not build it.
