When TextLayout.draw was used for printing lines of text,
the resulting output was always spaced out too much,
and differed greatly from what was expected from onscreen output.
Text that had perfectly fitted within the page are now
spanning way off the right margin.

This was reproduced on both Win32 and Solaris on all Merlin
beta builds since b16. Test code and sample output is attached.
