Steps to Reproduce :

-On a solaris machine , Install the JRE for Merlin build 26 from :
    /net/sqesvr/deployment3/merlin/beta/solaris.b26

Step 1:
Invoke the Control panel from /home/srinim/.netscape/java

Step 2:
Disable the option "Enable Java Plugin" in the control Panel and apply the changes

Step 3:
Invoke any applet from
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_bat.html

Results :

Pass Criteria :
The plugin should not be loaded

Fail Criteria :
The plugin gets loaded and the applet is displayed
