Arcs closures in Arcs pane of Java2Demo do not match the labels

      In the Arcs tab of the Java2Demo there are 3 arcs labeled after the way
      that the arcs are supposed to close - CHORD, OPEN, and PIE. Unfortunately
      the arcs being drawn do not match the labels. The CHORD and OPEN arcs
      appear to be swapped.
