Linux:ControlPanel.html is not installed in $HOME/.netscape/java/

Tested with j2sdk 1.3.0 rc1 build b14 on RedHat6,1J and 6.1J update


Intalling Java Plug-in by excuting jre1.3/package or jdk1.3/jre/package,
a bookmark for Java Plug-in ControlPanel is created, however, javaControlPanel.html is not installed in the directory $HOME/.netscape/. $HOME/.netscape/java and the bookmark is not available.

To reproduce,

1. Launch Netscape.
2. Install Java Plug-in by excuting jre1.3/package or jdk1.3/jre/package.
3. Select JavaPluginControlPanel from bookmark menu.
An error dialog appears and says $HOME/.netscape/ControlPanel.html can not be found.
