      Not possible due to the problem's nature

      It's not possible to install the SDK on a
      MS Windows 2000 Advanced server which has more then 4 GB of
      physical memory.
      If you start the setup on a machine with 7.8 GB free memory,
      you get the error message 'Insufficient memory available to run Setup.
      Error 111.'
      Further installation is not possible.

      Comment: Is seems to be a problem of the InstallShield tool. They seem
      to have a numeric overflow when detecting the available memory, and the
      value becomes negative.
