Intuitive reports that for hotspot the jvmpi heap dump is missing
root references - it currently reports some JVMPI_GC_ROOT_UNKNOWN,
but does not dump
   Jni global ref, JNI local ref, Java frame, Native stack, sticky class,
   root thread block, monitor used.

HAT user at Gemstone reports the same problem.
