Run attached file Bug.java , you will get output message like

   Font specified in font.properties not found
    [-monotype-courier new-regular-r---*-%d-*-*-p-*-iso8859-1]

Run attached file HelloWorld.java , there is NO error message.

Here ,I would like to emphasize that I have installed patch --108642-03 ,
this patch relates with "ISO8859-01 Locale". And this patch is relating
BUG#4239074, now the bug's statu is verified....
