When application is deployed through a proxy server and there is a new
version available (Based on time stamp), javaws could not get the latest
time stamp because of the cache file stored in the proxy. Hence the updated
version of application could not be picked by javaws.
If javaws could push proxy server to get the latest time stamp, that will
be great.
