OMG issue 3015 mandates that all version pragmas need to be removed from ir.idl.

This results in Respository ID changes for all IR related classes in org.omg.CORBA. We don't have an IR, but there are a few helpers/holders defined. The IDs are private static Strings, not visible in the API.
