Two problems are found.

On windows platform, when using authentication proxy to launch a cache
application, there will be two windows poped.

For the first time lauch the application, there is an authentication window
and the splash screen, the splash screen is blocking the authetication window.
IF you launch the application for the second time, the splash screen becomes
a window checking for updates, this window is so big that it blocked the
authentication window.
