STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

- On a Win2000 or WinNT sp5 machine, install the JRE for Firefly PR3
  from:
/net/mizu/usr/re/jdk/jdk1.3.0_01/bundles/win/b01-2000-09-22-b/

- Run the Relative dimensions Tests from within either NS4.61 or NS4.72 browser
  and IE 5.0 and NS6.0

RESULTS:

- For both English JRE and the I18N JRE, the applet shows the following
  behavior:
On IE5.0 and NS6.0, the crystal (cube) rotates.
On NS4.61 and NS4.73 the crystal (cube) remains stationary.
  However, in both cases you are able to rotate the crystal manually.
