Solaris: test/java/awt/Focus/FocusChangeOnResizeTest fails

Run the regression test on Solaris under dtwm. The test fails even with the
new focus implementation. The test passes on Windows.

Note that this is not a regression introduced by the focus project. The test
also fails in merlin build 33, which does not contain the project.
