This bug only happens on Windows NT (SP6) / 2000 and it's been reproduced on
several machines.
When you save a file, after granting the permission, on windows NT there is
a poped window with the following error message:
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive A:
With 3 selections: try again, cancel, ignore. By clicking ignore, save windows
poped and program continue.
On Windows 2000, still at the same step, there is a poped window with the
similar message.
