Private field '_value' was renamed to '__value' in jdk 1.4. This field is described in public
document named serialized form spec and needs CCC request to make this change. Renaming this
field causes compatibility problem for serialization of
org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFoundReason object.
Please, send out CCC request or roll this change back.
