The Consolo window is implemented as a JFrame. It should be a non-modal
JDialog, owned by (if it exists) the Player JFrame.
This change could result in better stacking behavior and automatic closing with
it's owner.
The Clear button on the Console Window should also have a Mnemonic specified.
