Verified
Due to the nature of the OTS 1.1 implementation, it must sometimes use a
location forward to change a non-transactional invocation into a transactional
invocation. When this happens, any tagged components added to the original
IOR using the objectReferenceCreated hook are lost.

There is nothing to verify here. This whole part of the ORB is obsolete, and is in the process of being removed, since the RI has moved to OTS 1.2 using PI.
This was concluded after discussion with Ram Jeyaraman and Ken Cavanaugh.
Thus i'm closing this bug, keeping in view the latest ripint build:
rip_int-1_0-fcs-bin-b63-solsparc-18_sep_2001
and the latest j2ee build:j2sdkee-1_3-fcs-bin-b47-solsparc-22_aug_2001
