Go to SwingSet, dialog tests, bring up Component Dialog. From the combo box, it is impossible to shift+tab or ctrl+shift+tab.

This has been verified on merlin / Solaris in the current AWT workspace.
This has not been tested on Win32.

Note that this bug was not introduced by the focus rewrite. It occurs in
merlin builds prior to the project's integration. It is, however, a regression
from kestrel.
