XML parser throws excaption in attribute parsing

The new XML parser cannot handle attributes which has spaces before
or after the '='. It throws an exception with, e.g.,

  <j2se version = "1.2.2"/>

A JNLP file that has this problem is attached. The problem is in the
<param> element.
