The replicate the abort:
(1) Navigate to http://www.smartmoney.com/
(2) Click on one of the stock ticker symbols.
(3) Click on the "Charting" tab.

The abort was observed using a copy of Mozilla v 6.0 PR3 downloaded from
their website and a copy of the Firefly FCS bits.

Stanley Ho and Vijayram Manda supplied the following:

Start up appletviewer. Use the Applet=>Properties menu option to set
Http proxy and Http port. Make "Class access" unrestricted. Click on
"Apply". Then exit appletviewer.
Start up appletviewer a second time:

The bug is not reproducible but the applet is not loading at all in linux RH 6.2 . The applet area shows a blank screen this is happening in Linux RedHat 6.2
Netscape6.01 used with jdk1.3.1 .. This is not occuring on any of the other platforms
