there are a lot of useless message flash out when installing ladybird in linux.
I found this phenomenon in Red hat and Turbo linux.
java version "1.3.1ea"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.1ea-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.1ea-b03, mixed mode)
When installing ladybird in linux platform, you will found a lot of
error message like below flash out
rpm -ivh j2sdk-1_3_1-ea-bin-b03-linux-i386-10_oct_2000.rpm
user java_re does not exist - using root
user java_re does not exist - using root
user java_re does not exist - using root
user java_re does not exist - using root
......
user java_re does not exist - using root
user java_re does not exist - using root
At last , there is the normal message,
jdk ##################################################
BTW, even you get so many strange info , but the jdk utility is OK
after the installation. :-)
