The regression java/awt/print/PageFormat/NullPaper.javais failing due to a parsing error.

The error shows as " Parse Exception: Unexpected length for bugid: #4199506 "
when the test is run .

Please look at the " # " at the begining of the bugid which is causing the error.

This is only a test bug and fails in Ladybird b18. Please remove the # symbol after the @bug tag. Please integrate this change so we can verify this test in Ladybird as well.
