If the PrintDialog is shown using the PrintService, then the
underlying windows does not get repainted. It to reproduce
with the Notepad example - just move a window over them.

Also, the first time the Print is selected, you need to click
accept twice.

The button in the Smart Dialog should also be reverse. So 'Yes' is
at the far right.
