On Windows, the 'Create Shortcut' entry does not work on applications
in the Remote Apps view. After the same applications have been used
on and appear on the 'Cached Applications' view, it works fine.
This functionality should either be fixed or the menu item should be
disabled on the remote apps view.

Also, on the 'Cached Application' pane. After selecting 'Create Shortcut'
and one is succefully created, the menuitem does not change to 'Remove Shortcut'. However, selecting the 'Create Shortcut' actually removes the
shortcut
