The documentation for javadoc gives a URL to use with -link to point javadoc to
the online copy of the 1.3 API docs on java.sun.com. That URL ends
with "/package-list". Use it, and javadoc dies with a complaint about being
unable to find a URL not quite like that, for it ends with "/package-
list/package-list".
